This was a Project we did on the top floor of a condominium building near Bucerías Municipality of Bahía Banderas in the Mexican Pacific . The split level Penthouse and its private rooftop has a total area of 800 m2, where almost half corresponds to an open terrace . A pool was designed deciding to locate it next to an elevator cube at half height, that was used as wet sundeck or wading pool, coinciding with concrete structural beams capable of being reinforced . The department has eight bedrooms all of them with their own bathroom and floor to ceiling ocean views . And covered public areas have 180° ocean views .
